this is more a question, but at time (01:56:54) the illustration is a bit incorrect, because the breaker feeding the sub-panel (left to right) should have a ecg in the pipe as well as the bonding bushings illustrated. Is that correct?
There is no “image” at the time stamp you reference. Please dont state something is incorrect unless you show what’s incorrect or explain why you think its incorrect. Link below is to time stamp of 1:56:54

I apologize I must have been in-between frames when I paused. No matter I found the answer in the next illustration afterwards.
Remember, bonding bushings are not generally required on load side of the service disconnect. So, being a feeder the only time bonding bushings would come into play is when you encounter Over 250V to Ground. So, unless you can show me the exact image you are referring to I can’t really assist you.
